do we meet online or in-person?

All therapy is online at the moment. Many people prefer online therapy as it's done from the comfort of your own space. While others prefer the connection and the downtime retreat-style therapy can offer. In-Person Island Retreats will launch in a purpose-built therapy space in the Isle of Man soon, and a hybrid of online and in-person will be available when its doors open.


Do you take insurance?

No, it's a self-funded service. Insurance companies do not cover therapy packages. I'm happy to provide you with a receipt which you can use to request a partial reimbursement from your individual insurer. 













































































































































What are your fees?

The initial consultation is £180 and therapy packages start from £1199. The investment suits people who are ready to commit to meaningful and efficient therapy.













































































































































What's your cancellation policy?

Due to limited availability for accelerated therapy, all of your therapy dates are agreed before we start. This means a request to reschedule an appointment might not be possible, except in case of emergency.
