* Quality breaks - mini-breathers allow you to feel-good and reach your potential. A practical library of audio walks for differing moods e.g. anxiety, fatigue, frustration or relieve stress with a psychologist-led walk before an important presentation or big meeting. The library gives flexibility as you choose a walk to suit your specific needs on a given day.  It also contains morning and evening rituals for focus & wellbeing.

* Mindset/psychology tools: CBT, ACT and EMDR skills to help implement all of the above in to your day and schedule.
